Book return and refund policy

If a hardcopy of the book (paid by a customer and sent to him/her by the Publisher) is returned to the Publisher as undelivered, because the post could not deliver the book to the customer, the customer will receive the refund reduced by the handling and shipping costs (35 EUR/book).

If the customer wishes to return the book to the Publisher, he/she may do so within 14 days after receiving the book. After receiving the returned book, the Publisher will refund the total payment to the customer if the returned book is in saleable condition (otherwise, there will be no refund). The shipping cost of the book return will be paid by the customer.
